Lacey and Jason’s puppies were born on September 29th, 2004. What an outstanding litter of ten puppies! There were 3 boys and 7 girls. We are very proud of all the owners to give these puppies such great homes. Six of the littermates attended the GSPCA Nationals in May 2005.

The BurrDee puppies out of Lacey/Jason did very well at the GSPCA Nationals held in Collinsville, Illinois May 2005. There were many German Shorthaired Pointers at the show, many were from the top GSP kennels across the nation. Making the cut at the Nationals is quite an honor. Placement is very impressive!

"Annie" won 1st at the Nationals in the Futurity class! She also made the final cut in Sweepstakes.

"Maya" won 3rd at the National Specialty Show in the very competitive 6 - 9 month Puppy class! Maya also made the cut in Sweepstakes, and the final cut in Futurity!

"Sophia" made the final cuts at the National Specialty Show in the highly competitive 6 - 9 month Puppy class!

"Brooke" made the cut at the Nationals in the Futurity class!

"Gandalf" made the final cuts at the National in the Sweepstakes. He also made the cut in the Futurity class.

"Lacey" made the cut at the Nationals in the Breed competition.

"Sophia" is shown above at 1 1/2 years old. As of July 4, 2007, Sophia is an AKC Champion! The next day, Sophia won Best of Opposite with a 42 dog entry!


"Sophia" is a show/hunt female living in Massachusetts shown above at 6 months old. She just won her first point towards AKC championship at the Rhode Island Kennel Club show on April 17, 2005, under Judge Sheila Dinardo!

"Sophia" won the Sweepstakes at the South Windsor Kennel Club Massachusetts show under Judge Janet McMillan-Zwirko on April 24, 2005!

Shown here at 11 months old, "Sophia" made the cut at the GSPCA National Specialty show in the 6 - 9 month puppy class. With a very large entry of about 2 dozen puppies, she made the final cuts! Sophia is living in Massachusetts being shown and trained for hunting.

 "Annie" is a show female enjoying her home in Pennsylvania. Annie is shown above winning her 3rd point towards her AKC Champion title.

Annie won 1st in her futurity class at the GSPCA Nationals when she was 6 months old! She also made the final cut in the National Sweepstakes!

"Maya" is enjoying the mountains near her Colorado home!

UKC ranked #8 in the nation in 2006!


"Maya" is a pick show/hunt female living in Colorado stacked here at 11 months old by Andrea Owens. She was selected to potentially become a dual champion with her strong natural hunting ability and outstanding conformation and is now a champion in 3 different registries (AKC Champion, UKC Champion, and an International Champion)! Maya attended the Nationals in May 2005, winning 3rd in the 6-9 month puppy class! She also made the cuts in both the National Sweepstakes and Futurity class!

CH BurrDee Winterburn MayaKarma (aka "Maya") won Winners Bitch/Best of Winners for a 4 point major in Boulder, Colorado February 18, 2006! In addition, she won BEST IN SWEEPSTAKES! Maya is the first champion out of Lacey's first and only litter. She is the sire's (CH UnWillyn Trickadekaphobia, aka "Jason") 33rd champion offspring! This final win towards the champion title was owner-handled! Way to go C.J. and Maya!

 

"Maya" won a 5 point major at an AKC show out in California on 1/07/2006! Shown above at 15 months of age, and handled beautifully by Andrea Owens (co-owns Maya's sire with Paul Owens, CH UnWillyn Trickadekaphobia , aka "Jason"), Maya showed like a special! Maya is owned by C.J. Galbraith and John Pacetta, bred by Valerie Luchsinger.

 
CH BurrDee's Arwen N EvenStar

 "Arwen" is the show female puppy we kept. At 14 months old she won Best of Breed and a Group 2 placement (8 dogs participating in group) at the UKC Kalamazoo Michigan show in December 2005. Arwen is ranked # 5 on the UKC Top Ten list for 2005!

Arwen became a new UKC Champion on April 21, 2006!

 "Arwen" is one of Lacey and Jason's show female puppies we kept. She earned 2 points in her first AKC show!

 "Hilda" is currently enjoying being professionally trained for hunting in New Mexico. The owners and trainer are very impressed with her strong natural hunting ability.

"Kate" is one of Lacey and Jason's female pet puppies now living in Florida being happily spoiled by her loving family. She enjoys her Maltese buddy, Ziggy, and lots of family camping trips!

"Brooke" is located in Kentucky. She made the cut in the Junior Futurity class at the GSPCA National Specialty show! She is really enjoying her bird training as well.

 "Boo" is a nice pet male puppy currently living in Massachusetts. He's enjoying being pampered and spoiled, playing with his buddy "Freddy"!

She won "Best of Opposite Sex" (best female) at the East Lansing Michigan specialty show Nov 29, 2002,
with 66 GSP entries
(38 females entered)!

Lacey attended the GSPCA Nationals in May 2005, making the cut in the Breed competition with nearly 50 entries!
