"SUGAR BUZZ" BABIES

"Kali" and "Buzzy" produced a "Purple Ribbon" litter on January 17th, 2007. There are 7 puppies - 2 males and 5 females. At just 7 months of age, 3 of the puppies are already UKC Champions! "Purple Ribbon" (designated as 'PR') means at least 6 recorded generations of Rat Terriers. The litter will be dual registered with UKC and AKC-FSS.

The parents have had health screenings typical for the Rat Terrier breed (hips, patellar luxation, heart). Puppies are whelped and raised within our home, handled by children, vet-checked, vaccinated, wormed, and sold with a written guarantee.

We highly recommend crate-training puppies (of any breed) when unsupervised as part of an effective house-training program and for safety of the puppy and your possessions. Crate-training is beneficial throughout the dog's life for those times it may have to be kenneled during vacations or illnesses. In addition, please spay/neuter all pets or retired dogs that are no longer involved in a show/breeding program. It helps prevent unwanted pregnancies and allows the dog to be a better pet rather than focusing on the desire to mark territory and the urge to breed.

ROCCO - white/black/tan tricolor Male
bulletPop Rocks candy - Things that make you go POP!

Why do Pop Rocks pop? Pop Rocks is like other hard candy, but they are processed with Carbon Dioxide. The ingredients are heated together and boiled. The hot sugar mixture is mixed with carbon dioxide gas at about 600 PSI. The carbon dioxide gas forms tiny, 600 PSI bubbles in the candy. Once it cools you release the pressure and the candy shatters, but the pieces still contain the high-pressure bubbles. When you put the candy in your mouth, it melts (just like hard candy) and releases the bubbles with a loud POP! What you are hearing and feeling is the 600 PSI carbon dioxide gas being released from each bubble.

PEZ - white/black/tan tricolor Female
bullet In 1927 in the country Austria, Edward Haas came up with this new peppermint candy. The word PEZ comes from the German word for peppermint (pfefferminz). It was an adult breath mint that he decided to market as an alternative for smoking. From the word pfefferminz they took the first, middle and last letter and came up with the word PEZ.

PEZ was carried around in pocket tins. Then in 1948 they came out with the "easy, hygenic dispenser" that we all recognize now to be a regular. In 1952 PEZ wanted to expand their sales so they set their sights on the U.S.A., to make their product more appealing to Americans. They placed heads on the dispensers and marketed it for children.
